Gates open at 8:30 which is our target time to be there for setup.
Admission is free until noon.
It will be over no later than 3pm.
Bring a comfortable chair, snacks, and drinks. There should be a food truck
available after the ceremony, but if you don't want to chance it, bring a
lunch.
