[nrv-hams] Reminder: VA QSP Party This Weekend!!!

Aprs site is running slow but seems to be ok. Thanks Jim we will try. Last year we got blown away from the wind. So much nicer today! 
We are running aprs voice alert and checking messages when we have time.
