[nrv-hams] Repeater Update

Repeaters are not linked, and working independently. Nets will be impacted.

What happened...
We are SOOO thankful for the help we received today installing the new
Kenwood repeater today by Nelson, WZ8E, and Jay, K8CTI along with Roy,
W4DFD. Work was done from about 10:30am until 4:30pm. Christopher, K4HZ and
myself looked over the shoulders to learn some things.

Where we are...
- 147.180 machine is working
- Link from Cloyd 147.180 into Brush 444.650 doesn't transmit audio
- 444.650 to 147.180 works fine
- Cat controller on 147.180 needs programming
- We had a bad occurrence of interference while we were on site, and may
have a clue as to how to go forward
- No Winlink operational on Cloyds for a bit longer

Things that were done...
- Replaced the Motorola radios with Kenwood TKR-750 (147.180) and TK-8180
(Link to 444.650)
- CAT 1000 lost it's configuration, so we're reprogramming
- Audio levels at 147.180 site are set except for the link
- Link to 444.650 created although with issues
- Checked the duplexer for issues/tuned

So, temporarily, the link is disabled. This means that the repeaters won't
transmit from one system to the other. Nets will have to make due for a
bit, but hopefully people have better signal with the 147.180 now.
