In addition to our regular Wednesday exercises, coming to you this month
via Warren or Dave serving UVA Medical Center, we have an opportunity to
show the value of Winlink users to our healthcare partners.

The exercise is sponsored by EHPC (Eastern Healthcare Preparedness
Coalition), a North Carolina group and is scheduled for *THURSDAY, JUNE 13,
2024*. You can participate from home, but if you coordinate with your
hospital point of contact and arrange to visit your hospital station on the
date of the exercise, you can also participate on behalf of your hospital.

Steve Waterman, of the Winlink Development Team, asked me specifically to
attempt to mobilize as many Winlink users in Virginia as possible for this
exercise. So, feel free to share the exercise information with any Winlink
user you know.

Let's swamp them with input to show that Winlink users are enthusiastic to
help emergency management professionals.

Exercise details are attached. Please read and respond on June 13 as a
station outside the directly impacted area.
