[nrv-hams] Starlink Internet speed

The dish angles itself based on its view of the sky, but mine is probably
20 degrees angled toward north from horizontal. The dish gets signals
around 160 degrees off its face. Big sky view is what it needs. If you have
trees, it may be a good idea to have it mounted on a roof or tall pole.
