Finally figured it out with some help...
For those that asked about club participation, YES, we can participate as a
club.
Just work the contest with your own call sign, but when submitting the
logs, make sure to put down you are affiliated with the "New River Valley
Amateur Radio Club".
>From the instructions:
"For Club Competition purposes, be sure to indicate club name on summary
sheet and log."
