[nrv-hams] Field Day Tomorrow! - Randolph Park

I hope to see lots of club members and non-club members to our Field Day
operations at Randolph Park in Dublin, VA tomorrow. It's a lot of setup and
prep work that makes it all worth it when we have a crowd.
Here's the schedule, come out for what you can:
8:30 am - BYO coffee and setup
10:30 and on -  Radio Rummage - I got my eye on some things, so you better
come early!
1pm - Lunch
2pm - Transmit
4pm - How to build a dipole antenna

If you come, be sure to bring a comfy camping chair or the like unless you
really like to sit on the picnic table benches.
Also, another creature comfort is a good set of headphones to listen to the
radio. With three radios going, it's truly necessary to use headphones.

If you plan on coming out Sunday, call someone or try to raise us on our
repeaters to make sure we aren't already packed up!

Yes, it's going to rain, but this is a field exercise, and we're under a
shelter, so bring an umbrella to get from the car to the shelter and you
won't melt. Besides, it's just the aether (or ether) crying from being so
happy we're transmitting!
