[nrv-hams] Looking for someone with a metal detector

Folks, 
I lost a hearing aid in some dry leaves in our yard. I rented a commercial detector, no joy. But it was more geared for finding rebar and the like than small metal bits. 

Does anyone have a suitable detector capable of finding 0.5 - 1 gram of metal on top of dry leaves?  I’ll happily give a reward for success.
