[nrv-hams] Can you use a coax switch for multiple rigs?

I use this application without issues.. I'm using two separate 40/50 watt
Kenwood radios.. one UHF and one VHF.. each goes into the MFJ splitter,
and then the single coax out to the dual band antenna on the house.. Both
are on the same power supply. I never turn either of them off individually
(when the power supply is turned on) b/c I never key both at the same
time.. I'm on one or the other.. two separate mics, no issues for me for
the last several years. (admittedly i'm not using super high power though,
so maybe that's a different concern for some?)
