[nrv-hams] Repeater back online

Our repeater is back online as of about 8:30PM  last night.

Operations completed:
Move to the new open rack completed.
Found issues with coax on the receive line, so it was replaced.
Issues heard with the receive radio, so it was swapped out.
Reinstalled the preamplifier on receive.

An attempt was made to install the Kenwood TK-750 repeater, but there were
some technical issues that will need to be researched.

Initial testing shows it is working MUCH better on receive!
