[nrv-hams] Looking for a UHF HT antenna design

I have the bug to get into satellite QSOs, and want to build an antenna
which will work with/attach to my HT.  I saw a nifty design (in QST???) of
a Moxon-like design with a director, made from Cu wire and was perhaps 1'
square.  Can I find that article now?  Of course not :-(  I've searched
thru the archives, to no avail.  Does anyone remember that design?  If so,
where??  If not, I'm open to "here's my favorite design" references.

I know I could buy one, but where's the fun in that??
