additions received.

Treasurer’s Report – Cam Coble for Steve Allen

Club is in good standing. A yearly audit will take place in early March and
the audit committee will report back at the next club meeting.

Tested things over the weekend and both gateways are working.

Everything appears to be working normally. Plan to go up to the repeater
again soon to check on a few things.

Second round of check-ins of members and other listeners

*Old Business*

Winter Field Day – Cam Coble

This was held on Saturday Jan 29th at the Appalachian Conference Center in
Dublin. A total of nine people attended. Hope to make this an annual event
for the club. A full report can be found on the club web site at
https://www.n4nrv.org/review-winter-field-day-2022/

Third and final call for check-ins.

*New Business*

Club Directions – Cam Coble

Cam Coble gave a presentation on directions for the club in 2022, reviewing
both short and long term goals. The Get yoU Transmitting (GUT) campaign
will continue, helped four people get on the air in the past year. Cam
outlined a number of ways for members to build their communication skills
and shared plans for a number of activities to help achieve that. The theme
- try something new in 2022!

New Member Welcome Packet – Cam Coble

Have prepared a packet of key information to help welcome new members to
the club. This will be sent out whenever a new application for membership
is accepted.

New Member Review Process – Cam Coble

Want to change the flow of our existing process. Currently prospective
members submit payment before they are voted on. Propose instead to take
application, vote, and then send them a bill. The amount for new members
would be pro-rated on a quarterly basis.

New Member Application

Brandon Laroussini applied for club membership. He does not yet have an
amateur radio license so would only be eligible for Associate Membership. A
vote was taken and the application was approved unanimously.

*Blings n Things* – What’s the Time?

Members discussed how they monitor time in their Ham shack.

Dues for Officers – Cam Coble

Jim Hassall made a proposal for club dues to be waived for officers. Each
of the officers indicated they would continue to pay dues regardless. A
brief discussion followed. No further action was taken.

Meeting adjourned at 8:15 PM.

There were a total of 17 check-ins plus net control.
