My thoughts are that any change or discussion on the bylaws should not be on the repeaters. We need to wait until we can start have in person meetings. The bylaws are for the members and not the public

Since any change of this sort would require a bylaws change, it will be for
discussion only on Monday night with any possible vote held at a subsequent
meeting after the wording has been finalized and the required timely notice
provided to all members. My own view here is that while well-intentioned,
this change is not needed. While the club does reimburse legitimate
expenses incurred on the club's behalf, members provide many services of
all kinds without expecting compensation for their time and effort.
