Dave,
The FCC will be the ones asking most likely.  Of course anytime the FCC
makes a visit, they can demand to see your station, all documentation
including license and exposure rules and answers.  If you do not have them,
you would end up paying a fine and could even lose your license over it as
you can for any violation of the rules.
Sorry to be so grim, but it is the truth and right out of the FCC's web
pages on Amateur Radio rules and stuff part 97 and 93 of title 47
electronic code of regulations.  Groan, what a mouthful!
