For those that attended (or didn't) our Field Day instructional on RF
Exposure, here is the best online calculator that I've found to help.

I would recommend running the calculator for each antenna, document your
findings in a spreadsheet along with the date, and keep it somewhere in
case it's asked for.
You'll need to do the calculations any time you do changes to your
power/antenna.
