Join meteorologists from the National Weather Service in Blacksburg on 
July 14th, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, as they discuss some of the more-advanced 
concepts of how to safely observe and report severe weather, as well as 
answer any questions you may have. It is highly recommended that you 
have attended a Basic Skywarn Training session at some point before 
registering for this presentation.
