[nrv-hams] Radiate 2021! - What's stopping you?

I moved to Floyd last year and have listened in on a net or two on my HT
but I can't raise the repeater from my house.  I can get in from within
town so it's not the squelch tone.  I just need to get off my tail and see
if I can raise it with my mobile and a temporary mag mount on the car.  The
car got replaced some while back and I've not bothered to come up with a
permanent setup for it.

So this is basically me saying: I can get on the air, though not terribly
well, and it's no one's fault but mine.  :)
