[nrv-hams] What should our club be able to do? Opinions and discussion

NRVARC Members,
As a preliminary to a discussion I'd like to have at our February meeting,
I'd like to offer the following:
- What should our club be able to do for or offer the community in
communications?
- What outside lines of communication should we be able to facilitate?
- Should we be able to take these capabilities with us on a deployment?

Please think these things over, be realistic, and email back, or keep for
discussion during our meeting.
