[nrv-hams] paging repeater gurus

Folks,
I'm trying to configure my FT-60R to access the SKYWARN repeater,
unsuccessfully.  I receive fine, but my transmissions are not heard.  I do,
however, hear a Morse "K" return from the machine.  My settings, per spec,
are 146.745, -0.6MHz OFFSET and 1072. TONE.  When I press the PTT, the
display shows 146.145, so the offset is correct.  I don't believe it is a
line of sight or power (I'm using 10W) issue, as I did a test from N. Main
St with almost line of sight to Poor Mtn.

Thoughts?
