Hi Kevin and all,
Unless it it pouring rain in the morning I plan on operation on SSB (Fone)
on 40 and 80 meters. I will use the suggested frequencies (or near them) as
noted in the VQP rules
I will be /portable in Giles (GIL is the abbreviation on CW) In Newport, VA.

I hope to work you and everybody! I will tear down about 3:00 PM.
