I have a dual band TH8600 moble-base rig which I would like to upload
a channel file too.  With my other rigs I can edit channel files in
XLSX, convert them to CSV and pull the file into the radio.

The 8600 uses the ICF file format.  In my Google searches *.icf are
associated with routers and such, not ham radio rigs.  Anyone own or
work with a TH8600 and successfully uploaded a channel file?
