[nrv-hams] IC-7300 and transverters

The 222 Mhz transverter was from eBay through someone in the Ukraine. It
seems to be of decent quality, and I would recommend to others.
I bought the transverter, and the attenuator, and built the unit myself,
but you can get it as a complete kit.
