[nrv-hams] simplex net

I think it is a great idea, but we did not hear about it in time to be
available or to put that frequency in a radio.  Also, I realize you can't
satisfy everyone, but I really think you are hurting your chances of
greater participation by having it on a night that most folks are in church.
