[nrv-hams] NRVARC set-up at Kids Fishing Rodeo

What about the IWLA Fishing Rodeo flyer (the one with the event details and
times) and maybe some idea what we should expect if we're on the radio at
those times?  We've done this kind of thing before, right???

I used to be a member of IWLA just for the range access, but it got too
political and expensive (time & money) for me.
