[nrv-hams] have a radio problem

I got ahold of a yeasu ft757gx the other day. After a day or so the rotary
encoder on the vfo started getting stiff, then froze in place.  Went
through all the info I could find on google.  The repair is more than I can
handle, but I think its not very hard for the right person.  I found a
