[nrv-hams] Updated list of NRV area repeaters

Due to the extra range offered by my new vhf/uhf antenna, I have updated my
list of area repeaters
<http://www.applied-cs-inc.com/nrvSample/repeaters.html> from 50 miles to
75 miles.  Any changes to the repeaterbook.com database since last May are
included, as well as a couple changes not yet posted there.

If you have corrections or additions, please advise.
