Hi everyone!

Just a reminder that there will be a meeting tomorrow in Squires 145 (not
342) at 7:15pm sharp.

Our meeting will feature a presentation by Dr. Dennis Sweeney on Moon
Bounce or Earth-Moon-Earth (EME) communications which use the moon as a
passive reflector of radio signals. This presentation will look at the
engineering challenges that accompany EME communications and the hardware
currently under development to do EME at 10 GHz. (See attachment for
details.) Dr. Sweeney is currently Professor of Practice and the Director
of Instructional Labs for the ECE department at VT as well as an avid
amateur radio operator.

Also, before the meeting, we will be taking Dr. Sweeney out to dinner at
the Cellar (302 North Main Street, next to Chipotle) around 5pm. As always,
everyone is invited to join us there for dinner and casual conversation!
