[nrv-hams] Request for More Volunteers for Tomorrow's Bike Race

Hello, N4NRV!

VTARA is supporting the Virginia Tech Cycling Classic tomorrow (March 19,
2016) in Maggie Valley. I know this is short notice, but we could really
use a few extra hands if available. We are meeting at the Black Diamond
Ranch at 7:30 AM for setup and briefing. The first race is at 9 AM, and we
should be done by around 5:30 PM.

Lunch (hamburgers grown on the Black Diamond Ranch) will be provided. We do
recommend bringing some snacks and food, and clothing for a variety of
weather.

We also recommend bringing a 2m/440 HT and a mobile rig. If you don't have
equipment but still would like to help out, please let us know and we will
make arrangements.
