OK Winter Field Day is next Weekend
Winter Field Day runs from noon Saturday to noon on Sunday.
so to prepare i have created a google doc

please add to the google doc what you can bring
(a couple of kerosene heaters i think will be greatly appreciated)

We will be setting up a 10'x20' carport with sides (endcaps on the ends 
and one in the middle )
the plan at the moment is 10x10 will be for operating and the other 
10x10 will be for sleeping and whatever

if you plan to spend the night i highly suggest bringing a inflatable 
mattress sleeping bag and a couple of trash bags if you have never 
winter camped
