[nrv-hams] Upgrading to Extra Class before/after the pool switches over

A quick note to guage the interest among club members in holding a
series of classes for people interested in upgrading from General to
Extra Class ham licenses.  I have studied off and on through the last
two pools and with the current pool due to expire in July am thinking
about making a concerted push using the current pool.

Club member Ben Williams, KK4EWT says he'll teach the classes if there
is interest.
