Starting early this year but it is good thing. Yesterday I forwarded an
email from Lynne Krulich the new volunteer coordinator. I am sure she does
not expect everyone to sign up now but I am glad to see she is getting an
early start.

This year we are going to use the ICS 213 general message form. I believe
this will make keeping up with the radio traffic easier especially those
stations such as net control that handle a large volume of traffic. It will
make us look more professional and the Incident Command System is what most
groups use for an event the size of MOM.
