[nrv-hams] nrv-hams Digest, Vol 71, Issue 8

I don't have a "packet", but I have files I use to send to new hams or
pyounger hams it seems.  eople looking for something.  I'll get it together
and send it to you to look at.  Since we don't get very many new hams over
here I hadn't bothered with a folder to hand to them.  Just asked for an
email and set it to them. :)  Much easier for the younger hams. :)
