Hi Danny,
The Yahoo Group site can do that.  You can secure it to only members of the
Club or allow others after they have been vetted.  We use it here in
Floyd....Well to be honest out of 30 or so only 6 or 8 use it. :)  But it
is nice because you can do a lot with the Yahoo Groups.

Also Google has a group sites that will do the same thing.  I don't know
much about them though.
