You are receiving this email because you registered to assist with the
Simulated Emergency Test that was scheduled for Oct 3, 2015. This exercise
was canceled due to the Commonwealth of Virginia under a declaration of
emergency by the governor on that date.

We have now  rescheduled the SET for Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 9:00
am until 2:00 pm.  I have updated our listing of those that have sent an
email declaring their participation in this event on Oct. 31st.  I have
posted the names of those registered for the event at
http://www.w4ghs.org/Lights_Out_Hams.html. If you are not listed here, but
plan to participate, reply to the email and say that you are planning to
participate.  If you have another ham from your organization that was not
part of the original date but would like to join in the upcoming set, have
them to send me an email confirming their participation.   The shut-off
time for replying is midnight this Saturday, October 24th.  We will need
the rest of the next week to revise messaging and other items to get ready
for the SET.  Please reply by Saturday night if you are going to
participate.  I hope that can be a part of the exercise.
