Anthony, good afternoon.

I trust that your days are not too lengthy considering the recent promotion
to Assistant County Administrator for Human Services.  A hard earned and
well-deserved promotion!

With respect to the New River Valley Amateur Radio Club, please schedule
our use of the Loving Field site for the dates beginning 8:00 AM on
Saturday, June 27 and ending at 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 28.  This field day
event will operate continuously throughout that time frame.

As to the specific site location at Loving Field, facing the ballparks that
contain the new concession /restroom building, we will establish our tent
and antenna operations at the front and to the right of the far right ball
field.   Because we will operate from that site throughout the evening and
night, we need to have access to the restrooms after the park's normal
hours.

Your kind acknowledgment of this request is appreciated.  Should you have

Anthony, good afternoon.

For several years prior to using the Randolph Park shelter, the New River
Valley Amateur Radio Club utilized Loving Field.   The area used was
adjacent to the right entrance (facing the right ballpark area with the new
concession stand building to our far left), in which we erected a 18' x 24'
tent and had adequate space for our antennas,  equipment and parking.

Does the county handle the use of Loving Field or are arrangements still
made via the Town of Pulaski?   Also, do you know if the Loving Field
concession stand has restrooms available?
