I have received the following from Virginia ARES and RACES heads,  It is the

for Hurricane Echo, and also the main page for what is going to happen.

Please either register when you can or not at all, it's up to you.  Take a
look at the SET though, it is being done by both ARES and RACES!  This is
going to be a state wide drill on October 4th, 2014.  This is going to be
the biggest I have ever been a part of, if I am able go.
If you have any ideas on what you would like to see in this drill, let them
know on the webpage.
