[nrv-hams] accessing the KB4RU repeater

Hey Patrick,
Sure.  I just gave it a try and it is still online.  From the house it
takes 10 watts to pull it up and I'm only receiving the repeater at an S7
signal level.  I live near the top of the hill behind the Country Kitchen
so I am really close to Radford.
