[nrv-hams] accessing the KB4RU repeater

Patrick,
I can bring the machine up from the house in Christiansburg but it only has
about an S7 signal last time I tried to access the machine.  I have it
programmed in on scan, but have not heard any activity.  Christopher K4hz
