Hi Dennis,
If no one wants the DX-40 I would love to own and restore it for use.  I
have a question though.  Even with HOA's or CC&R's you can still do some
6-20 and maybe 40 meters there without a problem.  If you have access to
the attic you could always put up a dipole or a vertical up there. :)
There is always a way to operate if you sit down and think about it.
I will be sorry to see you leave, but do understand what you have to do.
Family First, then radio.  (Unless you can get away with the radios first.

PS, also remember the ham fest in Vinton is coming up on August 2nd, you
can sell some of your equipment there also.
