[nrv-hams] License tests in Roanoke

In addition to the tests at Tech on March 3, there will be tests in Roanoke
on Friday evening. Here's the info:

The Roanoke Valley Amateur Radio Club will have its next VE/Ham Radio
License exam session this Friday, Feb 28th at 615pm at the Roanoke Red Cross
Building in Downtown Roanoke (Address for GPS 352 Church Ave ROANOKE, VA).
As always, it is $15/test. Pre-Registration is not Required.
