[nrv-hams] nrv-hams Digest, Vol 37, Issue 16

I am registered with the Boy Scouts to do the Radio Merit Badge (and I 
also have Ron Ramseys slide Deck)
Also in the Fall Nathaniel will be back in the area who is currently at 
the Summit teaching the Radio Merit Badge
