Hi Friends,
Tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon, from 3:00-5:30, at the QTH of Carter N3AO and Kay N3KN, there will be the start of laying down some ground radial wires (for a 160-meter inverted L antenna—coming later) up in the woods behind their house. All are invited, and there will be some liquid refreshments provided.

If you can come, I’d suggest wearing long pants, maybe boots, and some work gloves. I think I have all the tools we will need.

Just park anywhere you see a place.

Our home is at 570 Brush Mountain Road (Va Rte. 777), about 0.6 miles from the top of Brush Mountain (Rte. 460). Look for your second long grey guard railing on your right as you wind your way down the hill. Our mailbox is the second one on the left after that second grey guard rail. There’s a big black plastic mailbox, with a Hokie Bird banner underneath the mailbox.
