[nrv-hams] License exams on July 30

The Virginia Tech club is having a license test session on Tuesday, July
30th at 10 AM at the Space at VT building  (1901 Innovation Drive, Blacksburg).
Parking is really easy and free.  We will be on the first floor of the
building.

The session is being held for a special purpose, but anyone can come and
take a test if you're not working or otherwise busy at that time of day.
