Hi Ben,
I am hoping very much to participate in Field Day this year. Due to health
concerns, however, I just cannot make a commitment at this time.
If I am able, I would like to operate one of the CW stations, during the
daylight hours only. If I am able, I will bring my own Elecraft K2 radio,
battery, and solar power supply, my paddles, my mast and antenna and coax.
For certain, I will also bring the four Band-Pass Filters we built last year
for Field Day, along with the four 3-foot-long coax cables for each.
73,
Carter N3AO

Its time to start thinking about logistics for Field Day

This year We will meet at Shoneys for Breakfast and then go over to the Park
and setup.

1) reason we hope that it will be cooler than setting up on Friday afternoon
(and we will not need someone to stay Friday nite to watch the equipment),

2) hopefully more people can participate

If you are doing the same as Last year please email me and let me know

if you arent please let me know as well so we can make other plans

I am bringing a Mast set, an Icom 756 Radio,Tarps and ropes, and porpane
stove and gas tank, a generator and Chilli Beans (yes Lou I will bring
plenty)

Ben
