[nrv-hams] w4bmq repeater, offline?

[Brian Squibb]

I wonder if it could be "KD4BNQ", Dale Shelor, who I believe used to have a repeater up on
Mountain Lake (Bald Knob).  Whether he still does, I don't know.  I could be wrong, though.
