I'm looking forward to seeing you all at this evening's club meeting. Using
the great photos that Carter took while we were in Switzerland, I've put
together a brief presentation on the World Radiocommunications Conference
(WRC-12). Don't worry -- there's so little bureaucracy-speak involved that
it won't hurt a bit. Every time we operate our stations, we are affected by
World Radiocommunications Conferences. Who knew? Who cares? You will, and
