Folks, 



With regrets, I convey sad news to you of Roger Coulter's,
KT4HV, passing away early this morning.  He had been hospitalized over a
week ago with severe respiratory distress and placed on a ventilator. However,
due to continuing medical complications, he was unable to recover sufficient
pulmonary capacity and remained on the ventilator.



For many years, Roger Coulter served as the lead VE (Volunteer Examiner) for local
amateur radio test sessions that are sponsored by our organization. His
longstanding commitment to amateur radio will be remember for many years.



Funeral arrangements are pending at Mullins Funeral Home in Radford, VA.



Please keep his wife, Linda, and the extended family in your thoughts and
prayers.
