Having trouble remembering if measuring standing wave ratios is one of the
measurements a multi-meter can perform or not. I'm sure it's an easy

The answer, in general is "No, a multimeter cannot measure standing wave
ratios." But a multimeter can be used as part of a device to make that
measurement. Rather than me type a bunch of stuff, I suggest you look at:

Go down to the "How it Works" section and that will tell you what you want
to know, I think.
