[nrv-hams] MFJ-931 artificial ground unit, comments?

I had one of the artificial grounds once, and didn't see that it made any
difference at all...

Anyone have experience with the MFJ-931 artifical ground units, or the 934
ground unit+antenna tuner?  Thinking about picking one up and wanted to
solicit opinions first.
