[nrv-hams] ARRL incoming QSL bureau

We were talking about the ARRL's incoming QSL service (a.k.a. "the bureau")
at the meeting on Monday evening. Here's the link to the information on the
ARRL's web site about using the incoming bureau. Please note that you do not
have to be an ARRL member to use the incoming bureau. Also note that we are
supposed to use the incoming bureau corresponding to the digit in our
callsigns, no matter what call area we happen to live in.

The incoming QSL bureaus are operated by volunteers as a courtesy to their
fellow hams. If you work DX, please read up on how to claim your QSL cards
coming in via the bureau. Each regional incoming bureau has a web site and
an e-mail address, in case there are questions about how to use the service.
